Assessment & Programming
Each client receives a bio-psychosocial assessment and a substance abuse evaluation. The client's recommended level of treatment is determined by these assessments. Programming includes both individual and group interventions at all program levels. Referring agencies receive monthly progress reports and clients who success fully complete programming receive a Certificate of Completion. Services may be ordered with or without drug screening. Drug screens facilitated by Road2Recovery are faxed to the referring agency within 48 hours of the screen. The program offers services at three levels:
Level I: (Education/Prevention)
This program is for clients who are at the beginning stage of alcohol and/or drug use. This level of care is the least intensive. The program is basically educational, with a strong emphasis towards prevention. The clients must complete a minimum of 12 sessions (Individual & Group). During the program the clients will receive three (3) drug screens. The first will be the initial screening, the second will occur during the middle of the program, and the third will be at the conclusion of the program. If the client cannot complete this level of programming, the client may be referred to Intermediate Outpatient Therapy.
Level II: (Intermediate Outpatient)
This program is for clients who have documented problems with drugs and/or alcohol. The client must complete a minimum 18 sessions (Individual &Group). Four random drug screens are given at this level of programming. The client will have an initial drug screen and two (2) random screens during the course of the 18 sessions. The last screening will occur at the completion of the program. If the client cannot complete this level of programming, the client may be referred to Intensive Outpatient Therapy.
Level III: (Intensive Outpatient)
This program is for clients who have been determined to have severe problems with drugs and/or alcohol. The client must attend sessions twice a week and the client must complete a minimum of 24 sessions (Individual & Group). The sessions will begin with an initial drug screen, followed by six random screens throughout the program. A final screen is given at the conclusion of the program. Clients who cannot complete the program may be referred for In-Patient Treatment.
